General Site Questions:
Q. Does FanBuyer.co.uk ship outside of the UK?
A. No. At present we only ship to mainland UK delivery addresses.
Q. Does FanBuyer.co.uk accept orders by telephone?
A. No. All orders must be placed using the secure SagePay checkout pages.
Q. If I order on Saturday or Sunday will I receive my stuff on Monday?
A. Sorry, but even the dedicated team here at Fanbuyer need a rest - we only despatch items Monday to Friday, for delivery the next working day (Mon - Fri).
Q. Your site doesn't seem to like my credit card!?
A. Place the order again, and double check you are entering the card details correctly or try a different card. The most common problem is that the registered address for your card is NOT always the same as your business address!!
Q. But won't you then charge me multiple times for the same stuff?!
A. No - our website voids any order that hasn't had a successful payment taken.
Q. Your site still spits out my card, whatever I do!!
A. If all else fails, contact us via the online contact form and we'll get back you to sort it out (while we apologise profusely for the inconvenience!)
Q. Your new round here, right?
A. Well yes and no. Our parent company has been selling fans to businesses nationally and worldwide since 1994. Fanbuyer was born in 2008. Ah, how sweet. We also had a makeover in February 2010 which we hope everyone likes!
Q. What if I install my fans, and one of them fails?
A. If the fan is still within the warranty period (usually 12 months), and you installed it correctly, then contact us via the contact form and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Extended warranties will soon be available...
